The text of the question
The wording was approved by Presidential Decree of 11 February 2026:
"Do you accept the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the 2026 Constitution of which was published in the mass media on 12 February 2026?"
Two options
- "Yes" – you support the adoption of the new Constitution
- "No" – you do not support it
There is no third option. Voting is secret – no one sees your choice.
