About the resource
Constitution.my is an informational resource about the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan adopted by referendum on March 15, 2026. After the June 5, 2026 signing of the constitutional laws on the President, the Kurultai, and the Kazakhstan People's Council, the site has been refreshed for the next reform stage: entry into force on July 1 and the expected Kurultai elections in August.
The resource is aimed at citizens, students, lawyers, and journalists. All content is prepared on the basis of the official 2026 Constitution, the signed constitutional laws, and open legal sources.
