Pages are prepared from official publications and open legal sources. We do not rely on rumors, we do not replace the norm with interpretation, and every page should lead the reader back to the primary document.

How we update pages

When new decrees, laws, clarifications, or court positions appear, we update facts, wording, and source links without changing public URLs. Each page shows an up-to-date revision date.
